This is an onsite position. Candidates must be located in South Florida and available to work at client's site in South Miami.

The Opportunity

Our client, a government agency in Miami-Dade County, is seeking a skilled Change Management & Training Lead to support its ERP initiative involving PeopleSoft. This short-term engagement focuses on leading change adoption efforts and managing the delivery of end-user training as part of a strategic ERP program. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in PeopleSoft functional modules, with a strong background in organizational change and training within the public sector.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead change management and training initiatives for PeopleSoft systems.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training materials, workshops, and end-user sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and functional leads to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Provide change impact assessments and strategic communications to guide adoption.
  • Support creation of training documentation including manuals, quick reference guides, and FAQs.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal personnel to sustain change post-engagement.

Compensation and Term 

This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $70 per hour. 

Qualifications you need

A successful candidate has the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft functional modules related to change management and training.
  • Prior experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations in government or similarly regulated environments.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of PeopleSoft module integration across business functions.
  • Experience supporting organizational change within Constitutional Offices or other government mandates.
  • Familiarity with large-scale training rollouts and public sector governance structures.
  • ​​​​​​​Prior work on projects funded by public entities, including reporting and documentation.
